Our standard MOQ is 500 pieces per design. For new customers testing a concept, we can sometimes accommodate smaller sample runs -- please discuss your specific needs with our team. Large-volume orders of 2,500+ pieces receive priority scheduling and enhanced pricing.

Sample fees typically range from $120 to $280 USD depending on the complexity of the structure, finishing techniques (foil stamping, embossing, spot UV), and insert requirements. Sample fees are often partially credited toward your first production order.

We offer a full range of surface finishes: foil stamping, hot stamping, embossing, debossing, spot UV, matte/gloss lamination, and specialty paper wrapping. For inserts, we support EVA foam, velvet, paperboard, molded pulp, blister trays, and custom foam die-cuts.

Prototype samples are typically completed in 7-15 business days. Mass production lead times are generally 25-40 business days after sample approval, depending on order volume and finishing complexity. We provide confirmed timelines before production begins.

We coordinate both sea freight and air freight from Dongguan to destinations worldwide including the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, and Europe. We provide transparent freight quotes and work with trusted freight forwarders. All shipments include protective outer packaging to prevent corner and surface damage in transit.

Absolutely. We accept customer-supplied dielines in AI, PDF, or CDR formats. Our structural engineering team will review the file for manufacturability and suggest any necessary adjustments. If you don't have a dieline, our team can develop one based on your brief, sketch, or reference samples.
