1.1 Service Scope

DHPACKBOXES provides custom paper packaging manufacturing services including but not limited to: rigid boxes, magnetic closure boxes, drawer boxes, jewelry boxes, wine packaging, chocolate packaging, paper tubes, and related custom packaging solutions.

All services are subject to technical feasibility assessment, material availability, and production capacity at the time of order placement.

1.2 Order Process

• Quotation: All pricing is based on specifications provided by the customer including dimensions, materials, finishing, and order quantity.
• Sampling: Physical samples require payment of sampling fees. Sample lead time is typically 7-10 business days.
• Production: Mass production begins only after written approval of samples and receipt of deposit payment (typically 30-50% of order value).
• Delivery: Final payment required before shipment. Delivery terms follow Incoterms 2020 standards as agreed in the purchase order.

1.3 Minimum Order Quantity

Standard MOQ ranges from 500 to 2,500 units depending on product complexity, materials, and finishing requirements. Lower quantities may be accommodated at premium pricing subject to factory scheduling.

1.4 Lead Time

Production lead time is typically 25-35 business days after sample approval and deposit receipt. Rush orders may be available with additional fees. Lead times exclude shipping transit time.

1.5 Quality Standards

All products are manufactured according to approved samples and specifications. Industry-standard tolerances apply:

• Dimensional tolerance: ±2mm
• Color variation: ±5% from approved Pantone reference
• Defect rate: Maximum 2% acceptable defect rate for mass production

2.1 Permitted Use

3.2 Customer Design Ownership

For custom packaging projects:

• Customer-Provided Designs: You retain all intellectual property rights to artwork, logos, and designs you provide to us. We will not use, reproduce, or disclose your designs to third parties without your written consent.
• DHPACKBOXES-Created Designs: Structural designs, dielines, and technical drawings created by our team remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You receive a license to use these for the specific manufacturing project.
• Molds and Tools: Ownership of custom molds, cutting dies, and production tools is determined by agreement at project initiation. Typically, molds are retained by DHPACKBOXES for repeat orders.

3.3 Confidentiality

We respect the confidential nature of your product designs and business information. All customer designs, specifications, and business communications are treated as confidential and will not be shared with competitors or used for purposes outside of your project.

3.4 Portfolio and Marketing Use

DHPACKBOXES may request permission to photograph and display completed packaging projects in our portfolio, website, or marketing materials. Such use requires your explicit written approval. We will not disclose your brand name or proprietary information without permission.

3.5 Trademark Notice

DHPACKBOXES and associated logos are trademarks of our company. All other trademarks, product names, and company names mentioned on this website are the property of their respective owners.

4.1 No Warranty on Website Content
